With an impressive background collaborating with public sector organizations, Ratashak brings a wealth of expertise that will be essential in fortifying Carimus’s presence in this sector. As Vice President, he will spearhead strategic initiatives and partnerships, deepening relationships and bringing world-class brand and technology experiences to government clients.
Ratashak joins Carimus with a distinguished record of leading brand and technology initiatives for government agencies, successfully managing large teams, and overseeing complex IT projects for organizations such as the Department of Transportation, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Aviation Administration. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwest Missouri State University. As a decorated U.S. Army officer, he brings invaluable combat experience from Iraq and Afghanistan. Notably, he has championed NC State’s language and cultural training initiative, emphasizing its critical role in preparing ROTC cadets to address global challenges and advancing the integration of these skills into military leadership development.
