Carimus is excited to announce we have been certified by the National Veteran Business Development Council as a Veteran Owned Business.
“NVBDC is composed of industry leaders, and we are very excited for the opportunity to work with them and the NVBDC network,” said CEO of Carimus and veteran Tony Pease.
The NVBDC was created in 2013 to address the growing need to certify service disabled and veteran owned businesses in the government and commercial marketplace. Developed by veterans, for veterans, they now serve as the leading Veteran Owned Business Certification.
Their mission is to provide corporations with a veteran business certification program which will meet supplier diversity standards and to provide veterans with the chance to do business with NVBDC Corporate Members.
Being part of the NVBDC allows Carimus to explore new client opportunities and work on impactful projects with companies we admire.
On Nov. 5-6, the NVBDC will be hosting their 5th Annual Matchmaking Virtual Conference & Vets Night Out Event, which Carimus will be participating in. This national online matchmaking event has the largest collection of corporations and certified veteran business owners in one location.
Not only will Carimus be participating in this event as members of the NVBDC, but we will be sponsoring it as well. To be an event sponsor allows us to connect with event attendees.
The virtual conference will host presentations, one on one matchmaking events and plenty of opportunities for networking.
“We’ve been working with the NVBDC organization for almost a year, it is an amazing network of businesses and we are glad to be participating in this event,” Pease said.
Carimus looks forward to attending this event and all following events through the NVBDC.
