The Puerto Rician energy grid was disrupted by recent earthquakes and hurricanes. To provide reliable energy, the Puerto Rican government sought a public/private partnership to rebuild and operate the Puerto Rican energy grid. Carimus partnered with LUMA from the initial RFP process, through transition and to commencement, to design and deliver a new brand, website, and customer experience platform.

Carimus worked closely with LUMA from its inception to build a brand capable of winning the initial RFP and ultimately resonate with the people of Puerto Rico. In addition to creating all facets of the brand, we worked with the customer experience team at LUMA to plan, design, and develop a new customer service portal for paying bills, reviewing bill history and reporting/reviewing outages, leveling up the customer experience process from day one.
